Identified students who have specific behavioral needs in Grade 6-12

A comprehensive alternative education program which is run in partnership with Communities in Schools (CIS). The school offers an educational placement system that moves students through short-term academic and behavioral interventions before placing students back into their home schools as they meet the established exit criteria.

VISTA Middle School & VISTA High School

 

Students that have been expelled from the district in Grade 6-12.

Instruction in four basic curriculum areas include English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.

All instruction is based upon curriculum calendars provided by the Allentown School District. Students are encouraged to be employed or engage in community service to earn additional credits toward graduation. Reintegration/Graduation

Students are periodically evaluated to determine eligibility to either return to the home school, enter an appropriate alternative educational program, or complete their academic requirements and obtain an Allentown School District diploma.
