To request a school reassignment, the following form must be filled out for the 2021-2022 school year.
Forms and information are in both English and Spanish. Requests at all levels (elementary, middle and high school) must be made at your home school.
A Request for School Reassignment form must be completed by the parent/guardian.
At the beginning of the school year, requests will not be processed from Wednesday, September 1 through Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
Parents, please understand that children must continue to attend the home school until notification of the outcome of the reassignment request is received.
