Request for Information / Right to Know

All Right to Know requests must be submitted in writing to the Allentown School District Office of Open Records on the request form (PDF). Fees will be assessed for each request and prepayment will be necessary for completion. Every attempt will be made to send the information to the requesting party through the requested media. However, the District will not convert records to the requested format unless the document is maintained in that format.

Please keep in mind that fees will still apply for requests that have been made for electronic versions of records. Please check back often. Additional information will be posted with respect to forms, fees, etc. These items will also be updated from time to time.
