Superintendent Parker to Participate in Panel Discussion on Career and Technical Education

Allentown School District Superintendent Thomas Parker is excited to participate in a dynamic panel discussion on the importance of career and technical education in the Lehigh Valley.

This event is hosted by State Rep. Peter Schweyer and will take place on
Tuesday, July 16, 3:00 PM at IBEW Local 375, 101 S. 7th St., Allentown. The public is invited to attend.

Schweyer requested the hearing to discuss increased CTE funding included in the 2019-20 state budget and how the state can continue to effectively support CTE. He will be joined by state legislators from across the state, including Policy Committee Chairman Mike Sturla, D-Lancaster.
